Your coach, your data.

Coach Lalo is a fitness and wellness coach operated by CSC Solutions. This page explains what the app collects, why, and what you control.

What we collect

Account: your Sign in with Apple identifier (and the private relay email Apple shares, if any).

Profile and training: what you tell Lalo during setup (goal, age, height, weight, equipment, injuries you mention), your plan, the sets you log, measurements and progress photos you choose to add, food you log, reminders and class plans.

Voice: the microphone is on only during a session or chat you start. Your speech is transcribed to run the conversation; we keep the text transcript with your session so Lalo remembers it and so we can fix bugs. We don't keep audio recordings.

Apple Health (optional): if you connect it, Lalo reads weigh-ins, steps, sleep, resting heart rate and active calories, and saves finished workouts back to Health. Health data is never used for advertising.

Diagnostics: error and connection logs from the app, to keep it working.

How it's used

Only to coach you: build and adjust your plan, run your sessions, estimate calories, send the reminders you ask for, and improve the app. We don't sell your data or use it for ads.

Who processes it

We use service providers to run the app: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (the AI model), LiveKit, Deepgram and ElevenLabs (voice), and Apple. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Employers and studios

If a company or studio covers your seat, they see group totals only (seats used, participation, total workouts). They never see your name next to your activity, your weight, measurements, food, health data or conversations. If you leave, your account stays yours.

Your choices

You can delete your account and all its data any time in the app (You → Delete my account). To ask for a copy of your data or anything else, email val@contactcsc.com.

Not medical advice

Lalo gives general fitness and nutrition guidance. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything. If something hurts, stop and see a professional.
